Dr. Abeer Naajem AlRasbi is an Educator and Leadership Expert with over two decades of experience in leadership development, higher education, and organizational growth in the UAE.
As a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker from the John Maxwell Leadership Academy, and Certified Supervisor from EMCC, she blends international leadership principles with local cultural values.
